15 years of awesomeness was had at Chris's House
I remember it like yesterday... Living in the basement below the old store on Concession Street... Terrible and exciting, makes me laugh every time. 15 years of grit should be the real name of the sale as when i look back I can fondly remember all the work it has taken to get here now. Store flooding, being burglarized, not being able to pay bills, hardly being able to put gas in the tank, borrowing money from friends and family... jeeze what a rush
Peter our trusty part timer here at Chris's House can be an astute young man. On the last day of the sale he asked me "Is the business everything you hoped it would be?" and "Are you proud of your accomplishments?" These questions really hit me in the feels. My answer was "yes" but with a length story attached. For those who know me, Once i get going on a story i become too lazy too stop.
I am proud of the past 15 years and am grateful to worked with so many high quality great humans. This is Team work. I appreciate you {the hobbyist}, our suppliers, my friends and family. Chris's House is 15 years of learning, teamwork, pain and fun. Thanks to all
